What started as a modest Point-to-Point (P2P) wireless network setup gradually evolved through dedication, continuous learning, and a strong commitment to service excellence. Despite operating in its early stages without formal legal documentation, the company remained focused on improving its infrastructure and delivering better connectivity solutions to its growing client base.

By 2021, the company began its strategic transition from traditional wireless connections to Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) technology. Through this major upgrade, M&F successfully converted its existing clients to fiber-optic connections, significantly enhancing internet speed, stability, and overall customer experience.

As the business continued to grow, so did its commitment to legitimacy, compliance, and long-term sustainability. A major milestone was reached in the first week of December 2024, when the company secured a DITO Leased Line connection and successfully entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). During the same period, the company also formally applied for a Value-Added Service (VAS) registration with the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), marking a crucial step toward becoming a recognized and compliant local internet service provider.

Throughout this journey, the company faced numerous operational and field challenges, particularly concerning workplace safety and the welfare of its technical team. These experiences strengthened the organization’s resolve to establish safer, more structured, and legally compliant operations.

Following the approval of its VAS registration, M&F immediately pursued partnership accreditation with Davao Light and Power Company as a telecommunications partner. Through perseverance and compliance, the company was granted a Temporary Letter of Authority (TLOA)—a significant achievement that now enables it to operate more confidently and responsibly within the municipality.

Today, M&F WIFI HOTSPOT AND PRINTING SERVICES proudly stands as a growing local connectivity provider, operating with renewed purpose, legal recognition, and an unwavering commitment to delivering dependable internet solutions to the community.
